1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Carify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Carify is an AI-powered tool that generates treatment information playbooks based on medical data you provide. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze your inputs and generate educational content.

3. NOT Medical Advice

Carify does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

  • Carify is an informational tool, not a healthcare provider
  • AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies
  • Always consult qualified healthcare professionals before making medical decisions
  • Never disregard professional medical advice because of something generated by Carify
  • In a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

5. Credits & Payments

Credit System

  • New accounts receive 1 free credit
  • Additional credits are available for purchase in packs
  • Credits are consumed when an analysis is successfully generated
  • Credits do not expire
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts

Payments

  • All payments are processed by Stripe
  • Prices are listed in USD
  • All purchases are one-time payments (no recurring charges)
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout

Refund Policy

All credit purchases are final. Because credits are digital goods that can be consumed immediately, we generally do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using purchased credits (e.g., a system error consumed a credit without generating an analysis), contact us and we will restore the affected credits.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share, redistribute, or resell generated analyses as medical advice
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI systems
  • Upload malicious files or content
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse the free credit system
  • Use the Service on behalf of others without their knowledge and consent

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of all medical data and documents you upload or enter into Carify. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of generating your treatment playbooks. We do not claim ownership of your data and do not use it to train AI models.

8. AI-Generated Content

Treatment playbooks generated by Carify are AI-produced content. While we strive for accuracy by using reputable medical sources and guidelines:

  • AI output may contain errors or hallucinations
  • Information may be outdated — medical science evolves rapidly
  • Analyses are general in nature and cannot account for your complete medical picture
  • The same inputs may produce different outputs at different times

9. Data & Privacy

Carify is an informational tool, not a healthcare provider or medical record system. We implement industry-standard security measures (TLS encryption, row-level database security, secure authentication). Your medical data is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to train AI models. You don't need to use your real name — only an email address and your medical details are required. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from:

  • Reliance on AI-generated content
  • Medical decisions made based on Carify's output
  • Loss of data
  • Service interruptions
  • Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carify and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
