What Carify Is
Carify is an AI-powered treatment advocacy tool that generates personalized treatment playbooks based on medical information you provide. Carify is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice. Your data is encrypted and never sold.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.
Medical Information You Provide
You may voluntarily enter diagnosis details, lab results, treatment history, and upload medical documents. This information is:
- Stored in our Supabase database (hosted by Supabase Inc.)
- Uploaded files are stored in Supabase Storage
- Sent to third-party AI providers for analysis
- Used solely to generate your treatment playbook
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details. We receive and store your Stripe customer ID and transaction records (amount, date, credit pack purchased).
Usage Data
We collect basic usage data including pages visited, features used, and analysis generation events for product improvement.
How We Use Your Information
- Generate treatment playbooks — your medical data is sent to AI providers to produce your analysis
- Manage your account — authentication, credit balance, purchase history
- Process payments — via Stripe for credit pack purchases
- Improve the product — aggregate, anonymized usage patterns
Third-Party Services
Your data may be processed by:
- Supabase — database hosting, authentication, file storage
- Google — AI analysis generation and medical record parsing
- Stripe — payment processing
- Vercel — application hosting
Each service has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them. Your medical data sent to AI providers is subject to their respective terms of service, including Google's API Terms of Service.
What We Do NOT Do
- We do not sell your personal or medical data
- We do not use your medical data to train AI models
- We do not share your information with advertisers
- We do not provide your data to insurance companies or employers
Data Retention
Your analyses and medical data are retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual analyses from your dashboard. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security policies on our database, and secure authentication.
Important: Carify is an informational tool, not a medical record system. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't require your real name — you can use Carify with just an email address and your medical details. We never sell, share, or use your medical data for advertising or training AI models.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data (available through your dashboard)
- Delete your analyses
- Request full account deletion
- Export your treatment playbooks as PDF
Children
Carify is not intended for use by individuals under 18. If you are a caregiver for a minor, you may use Carify on their behalf.
Changes
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
