Uploading Medical Records
Carify can analyze your medical records to generate a personalized treatment playbook. Here's what you need to know.
Supported Formats
- PDF — Lab reports, pathology reports, imaging reports, discharge summaries
- Images (JPG, PNG) — Scanned documents, photos of reports
- Text files (TXT) — Copied report text
Tips for Best Results
- Include pathology reports — These contain the most actionable information (diagnosis, staging, biomarkers, mutations).
- Include recent lab work — Blood panels, tumor markers, and other test results help Carify provide more specific recommendations.
- Upload full pages — Avoid cropping. Headers and footers often contain important context like dates and provider information.
- Clear images — If photographing documents, ensure good lighting and a flat surface. Avoid shadows and glare.
File Size Limits
- Maximum file size: 10 MB per file
- Maximum files per playbook: 10 files
