Pay It Forward Program

The Pay It Forward program is Carify's community-powered way of ensuring cost never prevents someone from getting the information they need.

How It Works

1. Community members donate — Anyone can purchase a Sponsor Pack ($15), which adds 3 Basic credits to a shared community pool.
2. Those in need claim — If you have zero credits and need a playbook, you can claim 1 free report from the sponsored pool.
3. The cycle continues — Beneficiaries are encouraged (but never required) to pay it forward when they're able.

Claiming a Sponsored Credit

To claim a sponsored credit:

• You must have 0 credits in your account (both Basic and Pro)
• Navigate to the Pricing page
• If the sponsored pool has available credits, you'll see a "Claim Free Report" button
• Each account can claim 1 sponsored credit (one-time benefit)

Donating to the Pool

To sponsor others:

• Visit the Pricing page
• Purchase the Sponsor Pack ($15)
• 3 Basic credits are added to the community pool
• Your contribution is anonymous — recipients don't see who donated

Pool Status

The current pool status (available credits and total donations) is displayed on the Pricing page. When the pool is empty, the claim button is disabled until more credits are donated.

Why We Built This

A cancer diagnosis shouldn't come with a financial barrier to understanding your options. The Pay It Forward program reflects our belief that informed patients make better decisions — and that community support makes a difference.
